Add-on pricing applies when a service is booked alongside a Standard Photography Package during the same visit. Standalone pricing applies when you only need one specific service — for example, a fresh aerial pass on a listing we didn't originally shoot.

Turn on all interior lights, open blinds and curtains, clear countertops and floors of clutter, and move vehicles out of the driveway and street frontage.

Not necessarily, as long as we have access instructions (lockbox code, gate code, etc.) ahead of time. Many agents choose to be present for the first visit and hands-off after that.

Standard pricing licenses images for a single MLS listing. If you need ongoing use — for a vacation rental, property management site, or Airbnb — we offer separate licensing tiers built for that kind of continuous marketing use. Just let us know the intended use when booking.

Yes — all aerial photography is captured under an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certification, fully licensed and insured.

In most cases, yes. Some locations have airspace restrictions (near airports, certain federal or military land) that require additional authorization or aren't permitted at all — we'll flag this during scheduling if it applies to your property.
