We focus on photographing the exterior and interior of the property and do not limit the number of images we deliver. The image amount will vary based on square footage and specific characteristics of the property.
•All exteriors are given complimentary blue sky replacements when photographed on overcast days.
•Our images are professionally edited to assure top-level quality throughout.

* We are FAA licensed and insured UAS pilots, (Certification #4057535). Drone flying is subject to weather conditions and limited to a height restriction of 400 ft above ground. Prior FAA authorization may be required to fly. This requirement is based on the properties proximity to local airfields, heliports, etc. Ability to fly is also based on area flight restrictions.
Additional Information
We've put our POLICY & LICENSING and PREPARATION & INFORMATION packets for you to review before booking. A PDF file is available to download, print and share with your clients. It's mandatory that our clients have a clear understanding of our policy and licensing agreement. We also request that our clients and/or homeowners read and understand our preparation and information page so when our photographer arrives, the property is ready for the photo shoot.
